Help!!!...rubbing on front inner fender well

Alright, so I have an 06 sti that I just put the whiteline group 4 coilovers on. I used my stock top mounts as the company I bought them from suggested. I finally got the heighth where I want it at 12.75" front and rear center cap to fender. I only have -1.4 degrees of camber in the front because that is all I can have until the tire starts hitting the adjustment on the coilover. My question though falls in with the fact on corners when I load up the front end the tires are rubbing on the inner fender liner on the inside. I am not sure what to do about this. I pulled the liner back thinkging I might cut a part out, but there is metal right behind it.
Anybody run into this problem, or have any ideas?

Yup. You'll have to down size to a 6.5" wheel. OR wheel spacers. But make sure you get hub-sentric spacers. If you buy new wheels, I recomend getting something with a 42 NEGATIVE offset. This will bring the wheel out 42 mm. This is what I had to do with the Rally car after installing DMS. Just make sure you buy something with a negative offset.

Are you running stock wheels and tires?
You don't need to downsize wheels; if you're that low, you'll need to just raise the car up a bit.

Yeah, I am running stock wheels, I was hoping I could go as low as I could on my 03 wrx wagon, but I am guessing not. Anybody know of a good heighth with the whiteline coilovers?

They are rubbing on the inside sort of a 45 degree angle from the wheel towards the front. Only happens in a hard corner or u turn with uneven pavement.

Well, update in the saga.
I readjusted everything and did the alignment. I now am at 14" in the front and about 13.7" in the rear. The front camber is at -1.5 degrees with 0 toe at all 4 corners. It is still rubbing over bumps. It wasn't when I only had -.5 of camber before I did the alignment. I don't see why I can't have that much camber. Has anybody else ever had this problem?

Alright, so I thought I would update this incase anybody else has this problem. I had mcgee motorsports at infineon raceway corner weight my car. Afterwards it didn't rub and it handled amazing on the streets. These are great street coilovers.

I think they probably sent you the wrong stuff. A lot of the time vendors think that GD and GC along with STi suspension parts are innerchangable. They are not. You could get some new top mount spacers or camber/caster adjustable top mounts to correct this problem or down size your wheel. I see this problem a lot in and out of my shop.
