+ + + Help Me PLZ + + +

I just installed cobb springs to my 05 sti. No others aftermarket suspension.
I go up an incline at an angle, which left the right rear dangling a second and it made the right rear sway bar flip down. The bar that connects the tip of the sway bar to the lateral link bar. I was told by the install guy to jack that side up and try to force it back up. I did but when i jacked it up the left side then popped down too. wtf. I then call my buddy with an 05 sti on tien flexes and he was surprised to find that his tiny little bar is actually broken. I assume his flipped and with use finally snapped. The drop on cobbs says 1.5 inch in the back but looks more like 1/2- 1 inch. How do i flip this bar so it's right again and how do I prevent this from happening every time I go over a bump. Has anyone had this problem?

Tell me how to post pix and ill show you all what it looks like.

Thx

Your sway bar got "flipped." Some people have had it happen when they jack the car up on one end, or go up an incline at an angle, as you did. Majority of the time it is with the stock endlinks at stock ride height and a bigger sway, but not always.

Since you bent the endlink, you might as well pick up some aftermarket beefy ones... then you should be okay.

No, the U-shaped ones are for WRXs... ones for an STi are straight.
