I'll do this real slow.......

1) www.subaruparts.com is the online section of a large Subaru dealer's parts department.

2) Since they are a SOA dealer, THEY CAN GET ANY SUBARU PART YOU NEED!

3) You call them with the parts you need to fix your car.

4) They give you a quote, which will be a good price because they have good prices.

5) You buy the parts.

6) You install the parts.

You are dense and disrespectful. Why don't you first thank the folks who were trying to help you (there were about 5 attempts made to explain things to you) and then apologize because it's bad manners to insult people who are earnestly trying to help you, but you insult anyhow because you're not quick enough to pick up on what they're trying to tell you. Is that their fault?

I was going to say from the first thread if you have a wrx why not upgrade the parts you need. After reading I saw that you had an STI. It might have made it eaiser to help you with all of the info.

Ender2664, please remember that it's always helpful to use a short, appropriate, and descriptive Subject line.

In the body of your post, please include all information relevant to your question. In your case, you omitted the fact that you have a 2004 and an STi. You posted this in the General forum when it is more appropriate in the Suspension forum.

We'd like to help you with good advice but we aren't mind readers...
