The Prodrive GT/WR setup is silver/grayish struts with black Eibach made Prodrive rated springs. The P1 setup is Pink Eibach made Prodrive rated springs with STI Version 5/6 red struts.

When I installed my P1's I went and got an alignment done. I went with the COBB specs, but in the spring I am planning on getting some pillow mounts and I am going to change to the specs that Mike Shields at SPD recommends, but I might go to 0 degree toe in on the rear. Not sure yet though.
this is the specs I have right now.
Front:
-1.0 degree camber
0" toe in
Rear:
0 degree camber
1/8" toe in

Same deal here, except I got the STi Tops as well. Basically, I roll a lot before the car does (and I think if it starts to roll, my tires would give first). As long as your tires are doing a good job, this is the setup to get if you don't want to tinker with dampening and ride height.

I'm finding them a bit bouncy at low speeds or when cruising. I need to decide if firmer strut tops will solve the problem or if I'm going to need to switch to a softer setup with lower spring rates.
Thanks,

The P1 struts are KYB shells, not sure of the valving, it may be a Prodrive setup in there. I'm positive they are KYB I have them myself. The prodrive GT and WR sport are Bilstein not the P1. The Bilstein's have very fancy valving and make the struts cost a little over 2X what the P1 struts cost.

Thanks for the info Peaty.
The previous owner says that mine are one of the 50 original sets imported by Mike Shields. I just didn't expect to see KYB on the side and I wanted to make sure I knew what I had.
Did you have any problem with bouncing? Not a large motion, just a bit of oscillation over small undulations in the road. Also, what is your setup? What tires, wheel size, strut-tops, tire pressures, etc. do you run?

I got my setup from Mike S a while ago too. I'm using the matched P1 springs (Eibach with proprietary windings) P7- 17" wheels 215/45 series Toyo's I run 36 in the front and 38 in the rear most of the time. OEM hats. 20mm rear sway bar w/ solid links, front and rear strut tower bars.
It's stiff but not what I would call bouncy, I mean it's not like the car will oscillate after a bump. More like a kick in the butt over a good bump. It's not like I weigh a lot but I can't push the suspension down when the car sits there. Very little nose dive when stopping, pretty flat corneing too

You're running OEM strut hats? Hmm... Must be the tires then. I'm running soft 16" all seasons (Dunlop SP Sport 5000's). I love them on the street with the stock suspension, but I bet they're causing my problem with the P1 suspension. My setup feels exactly like you describe with one exception. At low speed over what looks like flat road it will bounce repeatedly - undamped oscillations. (It drives me nuts pulling out of the subdivision.) It does the same thing to a lesser extent at cruising speed.
I'm gonna' go swap to my Azenis and see what happens.
Thanks again.
