Assuming your car is 5 speed:
1) 20mm FHI RSB. Adjustability is less important than learning how to drive what you have. This is the same size bar used on factory STi vehicles. Good enough for me.
2) Tires- no less than RE950s or BFG KDWs, in the next smaller diameter from stock (205/50). I highly recommend S-03s from personal experience.
3) Struts and springs- get a matched set, preferably either STi v5, or Prodrive P1 or WR Bilsteins.
4) Endlinks. Improves the ability of the RSB to do what it does
5) Strut tops. getting to the land of diminishing returns here. more stiffening of stuff that is less noiticable but still worth it.
6) Rear strut brace. Buy a front only for looks, it does next to nothing unless you have VERY stiff springs.
7) Shifter and bushings. Kartboy and Cobb are great, but I got a cheapo off eBay that I am happy with. I recommend Kartboy bushings whichever way you go. Avoid the STi kit, it's too expensive for no gain over other shifters.
8)Lightweight wheels- as in less than 16.5 pounds, since that's what your stocks weigh. 20 pound 17" wheels will cost you at least a tenth in 0-60.
