.....STi pads!

See here's a pic of my wheels after 4 full days of driving (and a Auto-X) on my new Ferodo 2500's!

My wheels would be Blizzack after 2 days of driving on the stock pads!

Perfomance Great?

How is the stopping power compared to the stock pads?

I prefer porformance over bling bling.

As good or better than stock pads. I haven't had long enough to get a real good feel for them yet.

Oh and I'm Mr. Performance.

yeah, i wash my car once a week but i NEVER touch the rims. i wish they were anthracite colored to begin with.

oh well, my ferodos came in yesterday, so i'll try them this weekend.

any special break-in procedure specifically for these pads?

We try to keep both DS2500 and DS3000 in stock for the STi. The bed in procedure for these are pretty standard for a high performance street pad. 10 stops of increasing intensity from 60 to 5 mph with the last stop coming just shy of ABS intervention. Allow rotors to come close to ambient temps, repeat the above process and allow the rotors to cool to ambient temps. Do NOT come to a complete stop at any point during this process.

After that you're good to go.
