front strut top torque spec?

front strut top torque spec?
is it the same as the rears...? does 14 lb-ft seem right??? Didn't seem like much putting em back on.

If you mean the 3 small nuts on the strut top-to-body...yes 14ft-lbs...or you may break them right off....beware!!!!
