Forester Suspension - Need Help!

2001 Forester, will the Sway bar from a WRX fit a Forester? The Forester is 13mm, while the WRX Sedan is 20mm.

Will the Struts and Springs from a WRX Sedan fit my Forester, I want to lower it, and better performance.
