Wheels for one. Brake bias for another. I imagine that the WRX calipers would bolt to the Forester hubs, but I doubt that the piston sizing would be up to Stoptech's normal engineering standards. Email tkelsch@stoptech.com and he can answer you for certain.

The wheel issue is identicle to the WRX situation, so its the same. The weight ballance of the FXT is virtually same as a WRX wagon.

Not weight bias. Brake bias, meaning the distribution of braking forces front to rear. changing the rotor diameter, piston area, and friction coefficient of the front brakes will alter the ratio of braking force front to rear, although with a WRX kit it would probably still fall within an acceptable range. I just think Stoptech, given the choice, would probably want to make small changes to teh kit for F-XT use. That's all. The kit would almost certainly work fine, but it wouldn't be as optimal as it is on a WRX.
