energy suspension bushings

has anyone tried the suspension bushings that enegery offers? i haven't shelled out the five bucks for their catalong, but i'm pretty sure that they offer bushings for the WRX. i'd be curious to hear anyone's opinions on them here, they're pretty well regarded in the offroad world.

how much of a price difference is there between those and the STi bushing kit? if its within 100.00 then get the STi rubber ones.
the urethane bushings on the control arms will creak and squeek like theres no tomorrow. and there isnt anything you can do about it.

i'd only use a full urethane setup in a race car when rules dictate that you cannot use spherical bearings.

happy shifting.

i think that the full set of bushings runs something like $150-ish, so it's not that far off from the STi set. given Tom's comments, i think that the STi set would be a better choice since i'm not big on squeaking.

They are a PITA, but they do help performance. Sharper steering response, better control over camber. Also, the grease that comes with Whiteline sway bars and endlinks is good for the squeaking, and they give you more than you need.
