endlink bushing

I picked up a set of used hotchkis endlinks and swaybar and after driving it for a couple hours i lost a bushing on each endlink. Its the one on top to the inside. My question is how important is that bushing? Should i just cough up the money and buy a new set?

And i'm getting a clunking. Any help on that? I get it going over bumps and quick turn ins. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

What kind of car/year?

Front or rear swaybar? (I'm assuming rear)

Any pics of what you're talking about?

If the buhsing came out, how is the endlink bolted to the swaybar?

just one bushing on the inside of the endlink. The outside bushing and the thing that the bolt goes thru is still there.

How old are they, I don't know but it seems pretty bad (and wierd) for a bushing to just pop out. I'd get it replaced though, repetetive noises like that bug me, and I'm sure it can't be good for the suspension even if its not bad

i'm going to put the stock endlinks back on. I already placed an order with a local dealer for two new bushings.
