cusco strut bar help

i feel embarassed asking a question on how to install a strut bar but i just recived a cusco strut bar for my birthday. I removed the ac hose clamp and it says you need to use the bolt and rubber spacer for the new bracket but i cant remove the bolt from the old bracket (it looks like its welded on) anyone encounter this problem that an help? thanks

You might be putting it on backwards. I drove myself nuts for a few hours until I figured it out.

but i cannot physicaly remove the bolt from the old bracket

I don't think even used that bolt anymore. I just pushed the ac thingy up towards the window then place the bar under it until its positioned right.

yeah i would do that but im sick of ghetto rigging simple parts for my STi, ill just make a stop into home depot, buffalo has not changed much man, why did u move
