The fwd most holes are the softer setting and the farthest back are the stiffest.

I found that the install is easier the lower you can have it unless you cant get under the car. on a rack lifted by the wheels is the best.

Use the bushings that come with the bar. If they supply grease use it too on the bushings.

dont remember the torque but it shouldn't be much more than 15-20 lb I would think maybe less on the bushing clip and not more than 30 lbs on the adjustable end. Dont over do it.

Look here they might have the torque http://www.Scoobymods.com

i got under there without lifting it (im pretty small) ramps or a lift that lifts it up by the wheels would be best that way there is not pressure being applied to the RSB

my friend snapped his swaybar on his honda because he only jacked up one side of the car, causing to put alot of pressure on the swaybar

It works the other way around, as I was told. The holes closer to the end of the bar are stiffers.

Let check with CUSCO themselves to be 100% sure.

The holes closer to the bend,

furthest from the end, are stiffest. Think about it, if you bent a coat hanger and tried to flex it closest to the ends or closer to the ends, which would resist bending. Bad analogy, but in essence the bar is shorter (stiffer) when the holes are closer to the bend.

i agree with imprezer. i have the same swaybar, ive set the bar on the furthest holes, and it feels great. the first time ive had it in the middle holes and it gave too much oversteer for me to handle.

Exactly why that's wrong,

you got more oversteer because it was stiffer. Check this

A reply to this question

answered by the Whiteline suspension forum moderator

"The bar in question if my memory serves me correctly is an adjustable 24mm bar with 3 settings ranges from 23-27mm.

The softest setting, approx. equivalent to a 23mm bar is achieved by selecting the end hole on the bar with the anti-roll bar link (the hole furthest from the bar towards the rear of the car), hardest setting of 27mm would be selected by using the closest hole to the bar (to the front of the car). "

Different bar but they all work the same.
