cobb stage 2 suspension kit 04 sti
i'm looking at the cobb stage 2 suspension kit for my 2004 sti. it comes with cobb sport springs, rear strut bar, and standard front/ rear swaybars ( i'm not gonna spend $100 extra dollars for adjustable mounts) i've heard mixed reviews about the cobb springs, but the people who gave the review were driving wrxs and i know the stock struts in the sti and wrx models are different. does anyone know if this kit is worht spending $750 on? my plans for the car right now are just daily driving. i'm not looking to doing any power mods for now. ( i just upgraded from a wrx to an sti and the sti has enough power for me right now). any advice? how well will the springs work with the stock struts?

its a good deal, i would consider getting it too...
however i would get some cheaper suspension stuff first that gives you a good bang for the buck. i.e. rear subframe bolts from whiteline which eliminates a crap load of body roll and allows you to get some oversteer instead of understeer.
springs are a must for our stock rally suspension .... i could probably fit a basketball in that stock fender gap.

i'm sure that if you or me buy the package you will have to get an alignment and you will need to buy new end links because the stock ones are made of plastic and will most likely break from the 24mm sway bars

:RockOn - not mine: He's correct, you'll want to upgrade your endlinks for sure. If you guys want, shoot me a PM when you're ready to buy and I'll throw in a set of endlinks of your choice into the deal for a good price and make a new package for you
