Clunking sounds front and rear!

Hey everyone,

A few months ago I installed a set of stance coilovers on my 2006 WRX TR, and since then Ive been experiencing these clunking sounds that appear once in awhile. Mainly when driving on bumpy roads. The sound comes from both front driver side and rear right passenger side. Imagine all the bolts on your suspension components loose and wiggling around, thats what it sounds like. From what I can see, it hasnt effected the handling of the car so far. Just annoying sounds that worry me.

Ive read many different stories on forums such as tie rod/joints issues, cv joints, axles. Could it be because of Subaru's crappy McPherson set up? If anyone has experience with this I would like to get your input. I've checked to see if all the bolts are tight, Ive gotten an alignment right after installing the coilovers, Ive sprayed silicon grease on the struts. Still the same. I just cant figure it out.

Here's a good example of what I am experiencing:

Thanks for the help everyone!

No it couldn't be because you replaced it with a crappy coilover set up.
Millions of subarus all over the world work just fine without clunks with that crappy McPherson strut configuration.
Meanwhile, every single ****ty coilover ever made sounds like that video.
But whatever, stance nation bro.

pull off the dampening **** and tighten down that bolt/nut whether you have to use a passthrough and an allen wrench or something else. If that doesn't work, your ****s probably blown
