Exclamation Check Valve?

Hello everyone,
i´ve been having some trouble with the brakes in my Japanese 2000 Forester S/tb.

I have managed to trace down the problem to a hose connects the brake booster to the intake manifold. I´ve been told that this hose should have some kind of check valve inside that blocks positive turbo pressure from getting into the brake booster and making the pedal feel hard to press when engine has positive pressure.

Could any of you helpful guys out there with foresters or imprezas help me out and:
1. confirm that this hose has that "check valve" included somewhere
2. if possible give me the part number for the part so i can order it locally.

thank you!

Francesco
