Question Carbotech Bobcat Pads

I am thinking about upgrading the stock brake pads on my 03 WRX to Bobcats. My intention is to run on these pads primarily for autox and once in a while for everyday driving if I'm too lay to swap them out after an event. My car is stock and I'm running on Azenis 215/45ZR16. I heard that the bobcats were a good middle ground for improved performance with minimal dusting. Let me know what kind of experience you guys have had with these pads. Thanks.

whtwrx66 - do you notice any additional dusting from the pads vs stock?

I bought these for my STI and before I installed them I read from the EVO guys that they squeek like crazy. Hoping for better results I installed them and now with about 2K miles on them they SQUEAK LIKE CRAZY!!!!

Ive ran Hawk, EBC, and Performance Friction pads before and never had a set that squeeked like this, even EBC reds, they're coming off this week

whtwrx66 - out of curiousity, how many miles have you put on the pads?

Krinkov - is this squeeking a problem a lot of guys are having? You're the first one I've heard with complaints about squeeking with bobcats.

I just ordered Carbotech Slotted rotors and Bobcats from www.oakos.com. If you decide to buy them, oakos.com is the place to get them, best customer service EVER.
