Bugeye ABS

I have been having intermittent issues with the ABS in my bugeye since I've owned it. While driving over bumps or even just under normal hard braking it seems to activate unnecessarily. This has become more of an issue as I plan on getting the car ready for Auto-X.

After some research i found this site Subaru Recalls: a list of recalls on various model- Outback, Impreza, Legacy, WRX, STI, Forester, Tribeca
and noticed that the abs tuning on 2002-2003 WRX's had a recall of sorts

Is there anyway to get the updated abs tuning? or should i just disconnect it
