oh sry i kind of changed subjects....
or at least changed my front and rears... anyway... another reason i want to upgrade is the stock 03 calipers are hideous!!! i have painted them and all but i don't like them so even if it is overkill i would like to upgrade!!!
but would i want to go brembos or wilwood or stoptech etc... and what is the difference between slotted rotors and drilled rotors?

For pads i'm using carbotech ax6's. With just that, stainless steel lines, and a fluid flush---oooh, me likey stopey!
fun, and much improved when driving in the mountain twisties, including downhill.

What about Hawk HPS? thats a bit of a cheaper pad and its perfect for street and tons of people use them in autox. With stock rotors and lines, they get some decent fade on the track, but you probably won't experience that.
Definitely SS lines, slotted rotors. I have heard good things about DBA rotors
