I am pretty sure you can do the rear swap pretty easily. You will need the new dust shields, calipers, e-brake. And everything else that a WRX has on the rear for the complete swap. I am not sure on the front as I remember someone saying that the FWD hubs on the front are different from those that are on the AWD cars.
So you want to do a WRX brakes swap or a 4/2pot swap, correct? Is your car stock performance wise???
Almost all of the braking is done in the front. So in other words you could just get away with adding rear brakes from an old Legacy turbo or get a WRX rear brake setup, and go with a 4 pot front setup. Then again how much power is your car putting out, is 4pot brakes really worth it to you?? Plus then you have to have a wheel setup that can fit over 4pots, do you have that?
But yeah, WRX brakes front and rear will fit on your 95, not sure about fitment if your car isn't AWD though...

Basically, it comes down to what your applications are? Because going to discs will require pulling the hubs and bearings.

Any of the front Subaru disk brake setups up to and including the STi Brembos made since 1990 will bolt right up to the front of your car. Your only problem will be insuring proper f to r bias and having wheels to fit over them.
For the record there is no difference in the front hubs of an AWD vs FWD Subaru.
The best bang for your buck upgrade is to the WRX 2pot front setup. However the braking in a Subaru is already heavily front biased, so adding more front braking torque might be a less than ideal setup. To know whether or not going from the single pot brakes already on your car to the 2pot WRX setup will increase the front bias, you need the rotor diameters and piston area in each setup.
