Best shock for the bock...buck
After numerous posts and reviews I'm going to buy the H&R springs for my gc8 they seem to have a good rating and they are the lowest spring i can find. now for shocks, what would guys go with, what do you guys have? Money might be an option, i havent got paid yet! thanks brian:banana:
word!
Ok sounds like some good advice, thanks. my buddy works for Turner Motorsports down the street and he said he can get me a deal on the springs and bilstien shocks, Im not to fond of bilstien, but what do you think? oh yea your name is the ****, i almost got killed last weekend bye a soccer mom that couldnt look over her 2003 mamoth suv, then she had the nerve to smile at me. i think they should just buy wagons, no one needs all that room! Bilstein is good stuff. If your friend knows enough about suspension to get some that will work with your car's travel when lowered, then go with those. But Konis are fairly simple to install for the mechanically inclined and the short strokes work great.
...ok
ok ill go with the koni's he is more into the whole coil-over set up they use on there M3 at the shop. I went to see him the other day and i got to check out the mcClearn F1 Leman edition.....wow i couldnt contain myself, you have probably seen pics of it. its the yellow one that shows up on a lot of posters and car show articles. awesome whip
