bent suspention arms
This is wierd.
All 4 rear lateral bars are bent.
It's bent in the same way left and right so at first I didn't notice it.
Do you guys have any idea what would cause this?
I have a lowered car with 20mm rear sway bar.
Now I'm thinking about STi rear lateral bars to replace them but I don't want to ruin those again.

hey go go go
what car is thi on? the rex or older suby? and when you say arms, are you talking about the lower fron a arm? and the lower rear arms?
lowering should not cause them to bend. aggresive driving might, especially offroad. modern roads SUCK these days, and that alone over time can cause stress on most of te suspension components.
let us know all the details about your ride, especially what suspension you are using.

It's rear lateral bars.
The 4 bars that runs from rear diff area to the hub. Some people might call them lower arms.
My car is oldschool body and the suspention is stock 2.5RS damper with kg/mm springs. Springs are not harsh ones.
I don't think the bent is from hitting something because I don't recall hitting anything and all 4 bars are bent upwards in the same way. They bent like "bow", rather than bending in a sharp angle..
I was thinking maybe the 20mm swaybar caused it but it's stock FHI sway bar that V5 comes with from factory so ... can't be.
Do suspension arms bend from aggressive driving?

hey
weird. no they should not bend from aggressive driving, but that doesnt mean they wont. the 20mm sway bar should have nothing to do with it. it is a stock part on the sti, and the sti should come with the same suspention arms.
what year is your car? how old school is it? my only thoughs are that the rs suspention for some reason doesnt jive with your stock arms. but that doesnt make sense considering the suspension hasnt really changed in 9 years.
as much detail as possible and the kg/mm for the springs. you left that out.

Is the one you fabricate comes with pillow-ball joints? or is it bushing type?
