so... after running today on the 4 pot ap fronts with 2 pot rotora rears, i noticed that under extreme braking (i.e. with no abs and ability to lock up one's wheels), the rear locks up before the fronts making the car very unstable in the rear
otherwise tho, the car is fine with that setup.

Same pads front and rear? And did you run the old fronts with no ABS at the same track?

Hey Minivan-

It was good seeing you yesterday. I noticed your brake swap and was going to ask you about it...but ended up looking at your rim and scratching my head at that one?

So, with that set up you said the rears were coming on harder and the car felt unstable. Maybe with the stock rears you wouldn't get the same problem. What happend to the ABS?

Thanks for taking my daughter out on track. She liked you driving. Sorry about your rim.

hey lowball,
yeah, i will have to try the stock rears at some point and see... i don't foresee myself fixing my abs ever so i'll have plenty of opportunities to experiment
i was happy to give her a ride and hoped she had fun even for a short while...

> hi! can you possibly post a pic of the setup on ur car? thanks.

Sorry for the long response, work has been keeping me busy.
There should be pics of the kit in the review section of website.

Umm... I'm due for a tire rotation and an oil change in under 1000 miles right now. So, I'll take pics and post them up when ill do the tire rotation.
I should rack up about 1K in under 2 weeks =D

But i promise to post the images up when i can.

Wow, that's an interesting rear rotor setup. Do you know if it's floating?

I'd love to see a picture from the inside of the rear rotor to see what kind of hardware they're using to fasten the rotor to the hat.

Hmmm. I wish i could dismantle my rear rotor for you, but its gonna take some time right now

Um from what i can tell you, the rear rotors are a two piece. The rotor and the hat. The hat connects to the rotor by um, hex bolts/screws.
(excuse the lack of car knowledge)

Wow, I didn't mean that I need to see it NOW. If you were ever to have it apart at some point in the future and had the camera handy, then it would be cool. If not, no worries. Sorry if I came across demanding.
