Per Racecomp's site:

• ID60 Original Spring: The ID60 Basic spring is an original spring manufactured by Endless and used on the Zeal Function Series systems. Available with 2 optional spring rates; street and hard.
Give them a call, perhaps they can chase down the info for you. And of course, let us know if you find the answer.

For all WRX/STi's the Street (soft) springs are 8kg/mm front and 6 kg/mm rear. The Hard (Track)springs are 10 kg/mm front, 8kg/mm rear.
