Adjusting coilovers with dual adjustments, HELP

I remember a few months ago I saw a thread of someone posting up on tips on adjusting coilovers with shock and spring adjustments.

I purchased my BuddyClub coilovers and they will be my first coilovers with dual adjustments.

Could someone assist me on some assistance with tips on how to adjust this.

example:
should I leave it stock shock dampening adjustment and just adjust height.
or
should I have short shock travel and adjust height.

I know it depends on what I wil lbe using the car for, but with peopel with experience with this, I want a nice streetable ride, but good enough to take a few runs on a AUtocross event. I really dont care too much about bumpiness and stiffness, but really any advice or tips woudl be appreciate
OR
if someone could find that thread for me again.

thanx

Depends on the type of driving and the types of road you drive on.

Ideally, you want to maintain as much shock travel as possible without pre-collapsing the spring and just adjusting the height.

So you want to adjust the sping purches until the spring are snug then give it another full turn. So that the springs are tight. Then adjust the shock body for the desired height.
