5x100. ET55, for the most part. Some OEM wheels vary by a few mm, no big deal.
Wheels form a 96 Legacy would fit an RS in terms of bolt pattern and offset. Brake clearance is another matter. Some OEM 15's fit, all 16's fit, no 14s fit, assuming stock brakes on the RS.
