05' STi springs, worth it?

I was thinking about installing a set of springs on my STi. Possibly Tiens or prodrives, or maybe pinks, but i hate the front wheel well gap w/ pinks.

My question is, are they worth it? I have heard that the stock sturts dont hold up to the springs (clunking issure). If you run springs, which ones? and how do you like them?

Thanks,
Mike

Lol, my stock struts aren't holding up to my stock springs

But seriously, i dunno if they changed anything for the 05, but the 04 USDM spring rates were supposedly mismatched to the struts in order to accommodate the obese american population that demands fat seats and a cushy ride. The STi pinks were designed for the 04 struts and vice versa.

I know you said you hate the front gap, but did you think about what happens when you get springs that even out that gap? you end up with a front end thats lower than the back. I'm no physicist, but i'm sure that does something with the suspension balance, perhaps something to think about.
