04 USDM STi rear sway bar

I was wondering if there is a difference between 04 STi stock rear sway bar compared to the 03 WRX stock rear sway bar? I know that the STi sway bar is stronger, I am just curious to know if sway bar is physically different.

Much appreciated!

bump... I have the sti bar sitting here, I'll know in a few days if there's any size difference besides the diameter of the bar...

Another difference is that the stock wrx bar mounts to the inside of the endlinks; and the STi bar mounts to the outside of the endlinks...

one more thing... Kind of obvious, but I totally didn't think of it until someone pointed it out:

The STi bar is 2mm larger then a wrx bar, and 7mm larger then a RS bar; and will not fit into the stock bushings.

The front will work but the rear wont. 04 STi has a diff sway bar. Diff part number.

The USDM STi rear bar will fit it and the '04 Forester and that is it.

Without changing rear lateral links.
