Red face [Help] Coilover shock not turning

Right now im trying to raise up my rear. so far my passenger side worked just fine. but on the driver's side coilover, the shock just wont budge. im thinking it might be because its dirty since i never clean it and it does look kinda dirty. ive been spraying lots of WD40 and stacking up the three rings(the ones that spins up and down)and using the wrentch to help break loose the shock. the shock seems to be stuck and wont turn left or right.
do you guys know any technique to help break loose the shock? anyone ever have this happen to them?

what exactly does it mean if i have a seized strut? will i have to get this coilover rebuilt? everything looks fine, just that the strut is not turning (adjusting height).

ummm ... wd-40 wait 5 mins, try it. and repate for awhile. you can also try banging it a couple of times with a rubber mallet. Or you can hook onto it with the wrench and bang the handle of the wrench with a rubber mallet, the shock usually gets things loose. And if ALL else fails, i would carefully get a propane blow torch, set it to low, and CAREFULLY heat it up just a little bit not too much heat tho. (this is only if yo ucan't do it with wd-40 or anything else, and it's a last option.) These are all the tricks i have up my sleeve, hope they help.

Use something that'll actually free up the adjuster...it isn't WD-40

Goto the parts store and get either Liquid Wrench or (preferably) PB Blaster. Both are intended to free up siezed metal parts. Spray liberally, let soak, and give it another shot.
