To put it simply, we spend a lot of time with suspension and this is what we would do. The following package is actually very close to what was on our own Project Grocery Getter, but with a few improvements we felt were necessary.

Using softer spring rates then the time attack or auto-x set-ups. Pioneered by BigSkyWRX and AcquaCow, this package is a little more street friendly in terms of ride height and ride quality. Oh and it's a good amount cheaper. Uses the Koni/Gymkhana suspension package detailed in this thread.

Racecomp Engineering is pleased to offer our Tarmac II coilover systems as complete assembled packages with either Group N tops or Whiteline pillowball camber plates and rear mounts. All you have to do is put them on the car.
Each 2 way coilover comes already set to a either a street or track setting, depending on the user's wishes.
Additionally, ride height is preset to optimum handling ride height. This ride height not only looks great, but more importantly is the ideal ride height for performance. Other ride heights can be set at the user's request.
And of course, all packages include a set-up sheet for when you want to quickly change to street, track, or auto-x settings.
