there are different forums for ur specific questions, if u want looks go to the gallery or extorior/interior forum, power in performance, and so on. if ur going for looks first get a nice set of rims and tires, if power go for a catback or even a turboback if u have the money.

Some of the quick and easy stuff for the wagon would be to throw on an upgraded rear sway bar, such as a unit from Cusco. You could add springs/struts/wheels/tires, but that's a bit bigger than "small budget" ($2k or so). Good luck, the wagon is a good choice.
