Yes. My uncle works at a large Subaru dealership. His son drive a Legacy, He drives a Baja, and his wife drives an Outback Sport. Why? Employee discount. :-P

Yeah, there is a VIP program. Don't even have to work with Subaru, just some company that has made this deal, I think. I have no clue how to actually get the discount though.
