Use the TMV to estimate your target price
Anything off MSRP is good, but does anyone ever go into a car dealership thinking they are going to pay MSRP? I think the most realistic thing to do is go to www.edmunds.com and look at the TMV (True Market Value) of the car. It allows you to put in options, color, area of the USA and all that other jazz to see what ppl are paying for the car on average in the US. You want to aim for that price. I got my Suby in late Decemeber for 3000 off MSRP, but it was bare bones. I have heard people getting a lot better deals than what I got, but it just depends on the sales person you get and how well you can talk. As long as you are happy w/ the price for the car don't worry about what others paid. Good luck and hopefully we'll see another rex to join our party.
