STI pulling to the Right HELP!

This topic has been probably beaten to death but I need an immediate response hence I am purchasing the car tommorow.
This is a 04 STI with 4,500 miles. The car was purchased from an insurance company after being stolen. It passed all the state inspections and has never been in an accident. Headlights/seats/spoiler were stole,n but everythign has been refurnished.
I took it for a test drive on a wet road and noticed that when accelerating, the car pulls to the right, but as soon as I let off the gas it comes back to the center. (feels pretty uncomfortable)
Also when going about 25 on local road the car pulls to the right.
What gives? Tires, wet road, bad alingment?
I need a response asap since I am potentially buying tommorow. Emails with any tips are also welcome. THANK YOU.

Check the tire pressures and make sure they are set correctly. BTW adjusting the tire pressures so they are uneven just to correct a pull is a bad idea and is only masking a problem that needs to be repaired.
If the tire pressures are ok, and you are able to do so, try swapping the tires side-to-side. If the problem is tire-related it should then pull to the opposite side. If unchanged, look carefully for any unrepaired suspension damage such as bent control arms etc. Even if the car wasn't in an accident, it's possible that when it was stolen the wheels might have been taken, and the car then dropped or dragged on the suspension causing some damage.
It's too bad you are under a tight time constraint to purchase this car, because some more time may be required to fully evaluate its condition and determine whether there are any serious underlying problems that would affect your purchase decision or at least affect the price. Good luck.

hey Nuke.
This is very common on the 04s (one of the many imporovements on the 05s).
Subaru should honor an alignment. That's all you need. You may even notice the sterring wheel isn't exactly lined up when you drive straight too.
