price question for 05 sedan

Im looking at some 05 5-speed WRX sedans. My local dealer has the one I want, with spoiler, for $23,468 plus tax and destination. Is this a fair deal or can it be further negotiated?

Im located in Lutherville, MD and there are at least 3 dealerships within reasonable distance.

if its only with a spoiler, you should be able to get it down to 22k before ttl. besides, the 06's will be coming out by june so you should get some good deals and wait to the end of the month. good luck.
