is this possible
my friend and i will be buying 05 Imprezas, him an 05 sti and me an 05 wrx. do we have a stronger chance of getting our desirable prices on our own cars if we deal with one rep from a dealership, informing him that if one of us doesn't get a good deal, then both of us will not buy?
So it's either double or nothing for them. I would think they would do what they can to 'help'.

i think it will be interesting to see what happens. i would be happy to get my desired price as well as my friends. come on, 2 deals in one day for one rep. it will be his/her lucky day to get our business. in addition, it might go by faster w/ negotiating to get our prices, our cars, and getting out of there.

my tip. find a reputable dealership. price whoring may be cool(and save u lots o money) but make sure that the company you are doing business with is a good one.

remember this, at this point you are not a buyer, you guys are in control. the ball is already in their court because the dealer rep is already drooling at the possibility of a great sale and about $2900 of commission. if you guys go to evanston ask for dan zoumel the manager. he did my deal and was great to work with. plus my buddy next door who owns the Budget Car rental is tied in over there.
