Octane Grade for 03 Impreza WRX?
There's always that user manual thingy you can read too
If you haven't looked at it yet I recommend it. It's probably in the glove compartment. Take it inside tonight and leaf through it.
Ok, so the plot sucks and the characterization is pretty bad so its not the best summer vacation novel but it's got lots of stuff you should know about your car

well, technically you can run on lower grades but you will get diminished performance and poor gas mileage

Lower grade gas will cause engine knock and detonation which WILL damage your engine so DONT do it!

But don't do it anyway. You bought a performance car to experience its performance. Premium gas is required for that.
Besides the oil companies need your money and the extra 30 cents a gallon really helps them out

The ecu is supposed to adapt so it won't. That is assuming its stock.

It would be if you had a ecu map to use the extra octane. Though from what i understand the ecu should adjust a lil in your favor with the higher octane.
If you used an accessport and had a 93 octane or so fuel map it would be usefull
