O3' wrx stage two wagon?? how much to offer?

I'm looking to buy an 03' wrx psm wagon with 55,000 miles and he is wanting 14k for it "firm." He was previously offering it at 15k a few months ago ona different web site. Its got a PDE full length downpipe, HKS Carbon TI exhaust and a Cobb Accessport ver 1.0. And he is running stage two on the ap. I was wondering if this is a fair asking price on his side. Kbb is right around 12-14 depending on condition and I can really only afford 12.5 at the most and doubt he will go down that far.

here is one of the pics

You never know till you try. Depending on the condition of the car has a lot to do with the price , do some shopping around , even check out a couple of dealers to compare. I have a 2002 with less miles but a whole lot more work to it and less miles and that would be my asking price. If this is your first WRX buy a virgin (something not tampered with) . You better off starting fresh and you doing the modes you want like wheels ,exhaust ,ect. Hay the car has not sold in a month and he came down a grand give it a shot.....you never know............
