looking at '02-'03 wrx wagons

hello,

i was thinkin' of possibly looking into getting an '02-03 WRX wagon for under $16k

I got an 02 wrb wrx wagon for under 14k.. 54kmiles, minor mods, usual paint chips but in great condition..

Sorry, I meant I just picked one up. Still loving it, just been a week now.
Anyhow, I have seen more around at the same price. $13-14k is about average from what I`ve found.

private vs dealer

13-14 is about right for private party approx 50K miles.
At a dealer, that car would be more like 15, maybe even a little higher.
A lot of it really depends on condition. I know this kinda sounds like a "car salesman" thing to say (how can I help it.... it's in my blood), but sometimes it's worth the extra $ for the peace of mind of knowing that the previous owner took REALLY good care of the car. We'll put significantly more into a trade if the owner has a logbook of reciepts and it can be clearly demonstrated that the car is perfectly maintained.
