Just got rid of my 95 Integra for a 2007 WRX limited. 27,600 OTD. I'm happy with that price since other dealers were BS'ing me at near 30k OTD. Irvine Subaru was honest and straight forward. I'll definitely buy my next car from them.

I'd highly highly recommend doing wheels, springs and a rear sway bar. It makes a HUGE difference for just a few small things and a very streetable car.
I'm looking at going from my04 wagon to the exact car you're looking at.
oh...and if you're planning on upgrading the stereo anyways I'd suggest not wasting money on factory upgrade audio gear. It's no good anyways.

Bought the last 2007 WRX wagon from Heuberger Subaru in Colorado Springs for $22,500. They have a some 2007 sti's left and they recently received their 2008 WRXs. They offered a great deal and if you want to know how to get the same deal I got I'll let you know how it worked and which sales guy to contact.
