soooo when do you think i should try and cop the 07 wrx?.. since its coming out in october i think??.. do you think i should cop it in july??? are they going to have a clearance sale?? or should is it the same if i cop it in june???... sometime this month??.. any suggestions anybody?

 

im assuming you mean the 08 is coming out in october and youre asking when you should get an 07?
... if you arent picky just wait, however if you want certain colors and choices which are rare then start looking to buy now...

when the 2008 comes out, Is time for you to get your 2007. Even if you get the car for 2k under invoice they will get 4k kick back from subaru on each car. Low ball them. Trust me they will need to move the 07 when the 08 is out. X subaru sales man.

 

i really wanted a wingless satin white pearl wrx (not tr) with NO OPTIONS which was pretty rare. it took me a while to find one and its all i wanted, so.... if youre like me you would already have searched all the inventories for exactly what you wanted... if you dont care about the specs and will settle with a tr in any color with random options... then just wait.

 

Ironically I was/am in the same position you were for the same exact car. Im in NY closest dealer w/ a wingless SWP WRX nonTR was in MD.

 

I just recently got my 07 WRX and it was pretty hard finding a dealership that had ANY non-TR WRX in stock. The Santa Cruz / Fremont / Carlson dealerships didn't have any in stock...... so i had to deal with Stevens Creek.. which was a total nightmare.

 

I ran in to the same problem when I bought my 02 WRB WRX. Look at Albany, Oakland, and Walnut Creek. I didn't have a problem when I bought my 04 Platinum Silver WRX Sport Wagon at Green Valley Ford/Mazda/Subaru/Suzuki

 

ive already bought my car from ron price in south sf. butt mannn BUYIN A CAR THIS LATEE WAS A TOTAL *****!!!! ****k. first i went to OAKLAND.. TO BUY A CAR.. they dude said OOHHH we have a urban gray limited edition wrx for you.. but its in storage. in fremont... and that was kinda wierd.. but i didnt care CAUSE I WANTED MY CAR MAN.. sooo i just signed up the papers contract and everything, by the next day when i was supose to pick it up.. he gave me a call and said that SOMEONE ****ed up the car and had more then 10gs + damage on it... and yeah... there werent any OTHER WRX.. soo i changed my decision to buy a sti. if they were going to give me a good price. he offered me 34000 out the door..i went to the south sf dealership and talked to them about it told them the storyy.. and they told me that OAKLAND WAS BULL****TING .. TRYIN TO GET ME TO BUY other crap blah blah.. just a long mess of a story.. but OAKALND SUBARU ARE ****ING *****S.. THE DUDE NAME IS KAY . DO NOT GO TO OAKLAND SUBARU.. THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. i was trading in my rav4 and he only quoted me 9000. south city sf.. gave me 9,975 for the rav4... and now i have a STI ... ehhh story is just all sketchy.. told this story too many times to want to repeat again. =l

im looking for a tr and only like 1 dealership out here has a tr the rest are regular wrx's,,

should i get spt intake and exhaust and short shifter or should i just get somehting better

 

i wouldnt get anything from the dealer because their parts arent the best and they cost the most. i searched for a bone stock, base model wrx sedan.

i would think they only have tr's left, not wrx's... usually they run out of wrx's
