Dose anyone know if there is a Blackbox or someing like it in the 04 wrx that can tell how you have been driveing the car?

Not in the way you're thinking. Some cars do have such devices but the only thing in your car that records data is the airbag controller, which will retain the last several seconds of data in the event a collision is detected.
