Hi guys and gals,
I am new to the forum here and am seriously considering buying a new Subaru Impreza WRX limited with M/T, I drive an Accord V6 Auto right now, and love every bit off the car except the Auto Transmission, and the only way I can justify going to a smaller car (though AWD) is by getting a wagon. Which is okay, but sadly, I havent been able to find too many WRX limited wagons in the Sacramento area or bay area. The only one I saw was at steven's creek Subaru, which is over 140 miles away and considering the reviews doenst seem to be a good place to go.
So the question is that as I was reading somwhere in the forums here, Subaru has stopped importing WRX limited wagons into the US - if so so would I have to wait for the 2007 model or specially order one from the dealer. I have read that many people who bought the WRX STi or rather the new WRX STI
dont even get to see them till they arrive fresh off the boat. In doing so, does it affect negotiating with the dealer for the invoice price?
I only want a limited wagon as I have an EX accord with all the bells and whistles and wouldnt want to compromise on anything.
Any comments (hopefully informative and/or funny ones) will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
LR

I suggest hitting a nearby dealership and seeing if they can order you one. Also, just compare options in the TR to those in the Limited. You may find that you can live without some of the options in the Limited model and save yourself some money.....

So far I had only checked the inventory online, and called the dealers in Sacramento area, I plan to go and visit a dealer the coming weekend. Will be test driving as well, also will have a look at the TR and normal WRX as well.
