05 wrx release

when will the 05 wrx be released? I'm wondering if I should wait for the 05's to come out..or just buy an 04?

I think that the 05's is a better buy. The new warranty is going to be 4 years and 48k. For the same price.

Too bad Subaru has the WORST warranty service ever. You might wait for '05 though because I think there will be some new color options that you might like.

essentially the car will be the same as the 04's . . the only thing major(and its not that major) is the interior in regards to the dash. crystal gray will be a new and HOT color available. plan on getting a better deal on the 04's when the 05 is "on the way" to our shores. we put in an order for 05's at my dealership. ..but unfortunately i cannot disclose the arrival times yet. if u wanna see the interior of the impreza(pretty much the same for wrx... click here https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...threadid=56224

I went and test drove a 04 wrx on saturday. It was ok but the ergonomics of the interior didnt seem to match up to well...and the shifts werent too smooth feeling. Shortly after that I test drove an evo...all I have to say about that car is

try driving another one. i drove one with a short throw and shifting was like grinding threw a pile of concrete... not good.

but then i drove another and it was very smooth

you know this makes me furious. i got a 04 wrx a week ago and i knew the 05s were rolling in around june. But i didnt want to wait. Now im so jealous of the new features 05 will have. New colors, dash materials, and a 4 year warranty instead!

if only i had stumbled upon this forum earlier...

check this.....may not be accurate, but im not entirely sure....it's the new crystal gray STi.....Hopefully what i will end up with in the next few weeks.
