I bought a pair of them new from SubaruParts.com but I've seen them at other sites with or without the factory pads, which run about $100. You can do better than the factory pads using Axxis Ultimates, Carbotech Bobcats, Hawk, etc. The problem is that the factory pad kit comes with the shims to keep the pads from squeaking when they shift around under use. I think you can get by without using the shims if the replacement pads come with an anti-squeak coating like the Ultimates.
