MA: Attention I-Club Members: Ebay Fraud Alert!
Attention I-Club members:
Beware of the following listing on Ebay from user name " subarupartspalace". He is a new seller from Kuwait who registered in 4/04. He has a listing for used fog lights starting at $190!! (They go for much less than that brand new from a Subaru deaer). In his listing he indicates he only accepts money transfers through a website name ikobo.com or through Western Union. Any person familiar with Ebay knows that's against Ebay policies. Although he is in Kuwait he says the item is located in NY and only ships to US.
He only has had one feedback (positive), but even that's suspicious. Here's why: That listing was for the exact same product for sale now, the listing says item location is Kuwait, at the bottom of the listing he says he accepts bidders from US and Kuwait, but only ships to US, and last but not least look at his feedback "Honest Seller". First of all, of all the things the buyer (romeowner) could have said why "Honest Seller" (I don't know...maybe to make people believe he can be trusted). Second, look at all the feedbacks left by romeowner, every single feedback (3 pgs. worth) he's left has always said "fast shipping or quick shipping. And for some odd reason and by coincidence he leaves a totally different feedback for this guy....and again, of all things "Honest" seller.
There's just too many things adding up to equal a scam waiting to happen. DON'T BID AND DON'T TRUST THIS PERSON!!
