05 STI hoodscoop and headlight

05 STI hoodscoop and headlight
i have 2005 STI hoodscoop, Blue, two of the vertical black parts inside the scoop are broken off, if you don't know they should be there you won't know they are even missing. STI friends of mine didn't even notice them missing. No scratches on the paint, no damage to mounting hardware. $75 OBO
i also have a driver side headlamp, one of the mouting tabs in missing, otherwise in good shape. $200 OBO

For the scoop, did the 2 black parts snap off from the middle, or outside? Since there are four on the scoop, I was wondering what ones came off. Also where are you located in California so if i bought it i could drive there?
