wrx exhuast on a RS

i was wonderinng what mods exactly do u have to do to a WRX
exhaust to make it fit on a 2 dr 2001 rs

i have a choice hks carbon fiber exhuast or a apexi N!

hanger locations are different. maybe needs to use or replace a different type of flange or collector where the catalytic converter and midpipe meets.
