WRC model out of Paper? Yes!!
I found this on another forum and had to share the love over here.

Most of it's in japanese but if you go by the pictures I am sure you can figure out how to put one together. What I am going to do is start with the 2000 WRC STi and once I build that, I'll move to the 04, the 05, and finally the 07 and Team Arai 07 (scary stuff).
I read that 200g paper (roughly 110-120lbs) is the best to use, you want it thick enough to cut with a craft exacto knife (and trust me you'll want the craft quality stuff on this, so suck it up and make a trip to Michael's or AC Moore... and if all else fails, a fabric store. Yea or you could try Walmart, i'm sure they're craft section would have the mini exacto's you need. and get a few extra blades as well to be safe) but not too thick where the folds are sloppy. I don't know what kind of glue I will use just yet but it will be coming out of a fine tip reservoir for sure. if you're hard pressed for cash but really want to make one, I'm sure you could use Elmer's or a generic glue stick just be careful in how you apply it.
Let me know if anyone has heard of or done any of these. If I enjoy doing these things I may start my own little collection and make all the WRC models. My thoughts were using them as Christmas gifts, put your time into the presents for your gearhead buddies, not your money.
I tried to upload a pic of the pieces, but this forum doesn't like .tiff files from mac's, i even converted it to .jpg to no avail. just search through that link at the top, some pretty cool stuff.

That's pretty damn cool! I remember trying to make the '01 WRC car back when it first came out on the STi homepage, but I failed miserably too haha!
Oh yeah, anyone else remember Whitewings?
