Wanted to get Bug Eyes Wagon....

Did some research, got hooked into the whole AWD, rally bred hype,

Came away with an 04 2.5TS...

No bug eyes, but this car is more for go than show =))

Subarus are just different, they're not like Hondas, Toyotas or Chevys. That's why I like them, plus the AWD and racing heritage.

My first car was a Subaru, back when I didn't know anything about cars. Now that I do know, I'd be hard pressed to buy anything else.

Here in the N.E. we have harsh winters: nothing like AWD to keep me on time. Plus, I can smoke most anything rolling. Some others may be faster down the line, but that first turn is the great equalizer. And, drop the rear seats and carry loads of stuff. Best ever for reliability. My 02 WRX has not had one defect that I can find. I only wish the sport muffler had been standard instead of an extra grand.

first off, i do not own a subaru(yet). but i like it because of the good looking in's and out's of the car(preferably the 04).

second, it is a fast car for a sedan and can keep up w/ anything in the 5 second range because then it all comes down to who is the better driver.

third, "Once you go ***, you can't go back"(~ generalwrx)

fourth, i liked the 99 eclipse gs-t, and this car is way faster, and safer than that because of "the power of all wheel drive".

great car. great car. great car. great car. great car.

Hey! Stretch, my first car was a '86 GL-10, sedan, non-turbo, front wheel drive. Not fast, but reliable in all weather.

It never ceases to amaze me how many people don't know Subaru is Japanese, most people think its European or something.
